Talent and Recruitment Manager

To date, DNA Script has raised over 24 M€ of financing, mostly through equity funding brought by prestigious players such as Illumina Ventures, Merck Ventures, Sofinnova Partners, Kurma Partners and Idinvest. The company partners with leading institutions, in particular Institut Pasteur.

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager who will be responsible for hiring some of the most critical roles at DNA Script as well as managing all HR policy aspects for the existing talents within the company. We are seeking a cross functional, polished, creative, experienced Talent and Recruitment Manager who understands the importance of building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and employees. The Talent and Recruitment Manager will provide a consultative, strategic approach to our managers and leaders and build solid rapport and long-lasting relationships with candidates and team members.

The main missions consist in:
- Sourcing high potential candidate based on team requirements
- Leading hiring process from initial sourcing to onboarding
- Partnering with executive search firms as appropriate. Occasionally roles may be outsourced to outside search firms – you will be responsible for contract negotiation, management, milestone tracking, and managing the successful completion of the search
- Maintaining an active network of talents
- Performing benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits

- Helping thrive a great company culture based on honesty, excellence, exemplarity, autonomy and responsibility to achieve an ambitious goal of revolutionizing the company's industry
- Designing and delivering employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Developing mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
- Providing team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives

- Creating organizational charts and defining each position's responsibilities
- Designing and organizing quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Coordinating dialogue and managing relationship with employee representatives
- Managing payroll process
- Managing legally required reporting process, including working hours

- Proven work experience as Talent Manager or similar role in relevant scientific/technical field
- Minimum 5 years' full-cycle recruiting experience for technical/scientific positions within a high-growth environment
- Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing senior-level passive candidates
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages
- Experience with performance management procedures
- Demonstrated success in finding candidates in alignment with culture and opportunities
- Exceptional communicator who inspires confidence and builds relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience in selecting and managing external recruitment firms
- Knows French labor legislation and constraints
- Master's degree preferred
